Refund and Returns Policy

At Zanda Rides, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds (if approved) will be processed as a replacement product or an exchange.
  • No cash refunds are provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal-use products such as hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
