1. Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us at [email protected].
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
2. Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds (if approved) will be processed as a replacement product or an exchange.
- No cash refunds are provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal-use products such as hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
